Your suggestions for improvement:
A reach-stacker resembles a forklift designed for the handling of containers at terminals and storage yards.
ApplicationsThese vehicles move and stack containers at terminals and storage yards.
TechnologiesThese stackers are self-propelled and are equipped with a steering mechanism. Most have an internal combustion engine for both propulsion and spreader operation. A counterweight is mounted behind the central control cab. The arm has a spreader for handling either 20- or 40-foot containers.
How to chooseChoice will depend on the stacker's power, load capacity, horizontal and vertical reach for stacking several rows of containers.
