Sludge tanks in various shapes and sizes, made from high grade stainless steel AISI316, produced in ACO Industries Pribyslav, Czech Republic. All horizontal support elements located on the outside of the tank in order to meet ISO 15749-1 para. 8.1.2 requirements. The inside surface of the walls are smooth, and the use of internal stiffeners is limited only to vertical runs to reduce potential for sludge collection and potential H2S production within the tank that might result from any potential sludge deposit build up. Equipped with aeration system consisting of starter box, blower, rota meter, pressure and throttle valve, manifold and aeration elements for aeration of sludge water collected in the tank. Tanks can be also equipped with shelf mounted pump for tank emptying
