Overview As the largest boat in the Takacat LX series, the T420LX boasts oversized tubes and extra wide beam for added stability and plenty of room for family and friends. The removable Tube Transom® allows the boat to be packed down into bags with a surprisingly small storage footprint—especially for a boat this large—making it possibly one of the largest genuinely portable inflatable catamarans on the market. Four tube chambers and one floor chamber provide safety features the make the T420LX well suited to a wide variety of uses such as flood rescue, duck hunting, fishing, coach and support boats, and dive support boats. WHY YOU’LL LOVE THE T420LX The Takacat 420LX combines all the distinctive features of the Takacat line with an extra wide platform, making it a workhorse on the water. The wide platform means the boat can hold up to 7 people. Even with all the extra room, it stills packs down to fit in the trunk. Electric or Traditional Propulsion Inflatable construction and catamaran design keeps the Takacat ultra lightweight. The boat moves efficiently with either a traditional gas or electric outboard in waterways with horsepower limitations.
