Description

Within the P19 is a single, tilted, 50/200 kHz, dual-frequency element. Tilted Element™ transducers have the element fixed at a 20°, 12° or 0° angle within the housing. Because the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, the tilt corrects for the hull deadrise and orients the ceramic element horizontally to ensure maximum echo returns to the transducer. All versions have a nearly flush housing which minimizes drag with only 5 mm (3/16") extending outside of the hull. The P19 is available in three different Tilted Element models: Fixed 20° tilted versions for 16° to 24° hull deadrise Fixed 12° tilted versions for 8° to 15° hull deadrise Fixed 0° tilted versions for 0° to 7° hull deadrise Features: Depth only or depth and temperature 250 W 200 kHz with a 14° beamwidth Right-angle cable exit saves space and protects transducer if stepped on Included rubber washer allows tightening of the hull nut to irregular hull surfaces Plastic housing is ABYC H-27 compliant Bronze housing (B17) available for installation on a fiberglass or wood hull Specifications: Weight: -Plastic P19—0.5 kg (1.1 lb.) -Bronze B17—0.9 kg (2.0 lb.) Recommended Boat Length: Up to 9 m (30') Hull Material: Fiberglass or metal Hull Deadrise: Up to 24° Acoustic Window: Urethane Hole Diameter: 51 mm or 2"
