Materials and manufacture
For the construction of the hull, we use Aluminum-Magnesium alloy EN AW 5083 state H-111 (AlMg4.5Mn). The remaining reinforcements are made of Aluminum – Silicon – Magnesium alloy, EN AW 6082 or 6005, in state T-6. As a filler, solid wire with a diameter of 1.2 mm, alloy ER 5183 (AlMg4.5Mn) was used and argon-helium 25/75 (75% argon, 25% helium) or argon was used as protection gas for the arc. .
