The long John MOOK is made of 4mm double-sided neoprene and is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, rafting or sailing clubs thanks to its color coding by size. It has flat seams, Supratex reinforcement at the buttocks and knees and a cutout at the ankles for easy opening. The Long John is more comfortable to use for these sports because the constant movement of the arms can create chafing in the arms of a full body suit.
