Inflatable shutter for flume in PVC material. Diameter 80cm, gusset height 25cm. Equipped with 2 handles for easy installation and removal and 1 air chamber. Color: blue. Used to seal waterslides to avoid cold air circulation. Guarantee energy efficiency and reduce heating costs. Can also be used to close temporarily an attraction. Heat Bonding (HB – Heat Bonding or Hot Overlap) The assembly is made with a flow of very hot air and pressure at the 2 PVC sheets overlapping area. It is a hand-made technique combining craftsmanship and welding experience with high tech machines. We fi rst introduced the overlap/heat bonded tubes in 2012/2013, with the models NHBP42Y and NHBR42S. We have widened our range with additional Single, Double, In-Line, Triple tubes to meet growing demand from our customers. Our handles All PVC tubes are equipped with strong and flexible handles so as to better withstand the movements and tensile forces. Handles are ergonomically placed for a comfortable riding position. For customized tubes, ergonomic or solid handles can also be proposed. Our valves Air chambers are equipped with a push-in flexible safety valve or a large recessed Boston valve for quick inflation/deflation.
