Description

The FRONTIERA pumps are compliant with ISO 2858 conformity and are available in different constructions and materials. The customer can set the best solution to the plant's requirements. Available in magnetic-driven or mechanical-sealed version, the performance of the pump reaches up to 90m3/h. Available in pure PP or E-CTFE+carbon Capacities up to 90m3/h Magnetic version for clean liquids or mechanical sealed version for viscous or dirty liquids Close or long-coupled The integral version (instead of the common plastic flanges) and the armored version (instead of the cast-iron) both allow to reduce the load weight on the pump body Upon request: ATEX Zone 2 (II 3G Ex h IIB T4 Gb X) and Zone 1 (II 2G Ex h IIB T4 Gb X) ISO 2858 conformity Rolling bearing located in the lantern to reduce the dynamic radial loads Back pull-out system for easy maintenance operations without dismounting the pump from the plant (for TGF and ZGF versions) Wet-end system for easy maintenance operations without dismounting the pump from the plant (for close-coupled magnetic versions TMF) Applications Water and wastewater treatments Chemical processes Pharmaceutical processes Scrubbers Cooling towers Metal treatments (stripping, electroplating) Surface treatments
