The MTC HC-150 is a four-stage mobile tank cleaning and fuel restoration system. Connected to a fuel storage tank as a “dialysis system”, it effectively removes sludge and water from fuel storage tanks and then restores, conditions, and optimizes fuel. The MTC HC-150 features an electronic Variable Frequency Drive Pump Motor Speed Controller which can be set for any desired flow rate from 15GPM to 150GPM (170GPM under low pump load). AXI’s Mobile Tank Cleaning Systems excel in combining High Capacity Filtration, Water Separation, and Fuel Conditioning with a Low Operating Cost Industrial Design.
The MTC HC-150 utilizes a positive displacement sliding-vane pump with an integral gear-reducer, coupled to a high-efficiency electric motor. An electronic Variable Frequency Drive is used to adjust the pump’s flow rate from approximately 15 GPM to 150 GPM. The sliding-vane pump is capable of operation at high suction lift levels – up to 22” Hg. at moderate flow rates – enabling the pump to “prime” and operate continuously at “lifts” in excess of 22 ft.
There are two discharge ports on the system that provide optimum fuel-restoration flexibility. At the first discharge port, the fuel has passed through the bag filter and the water separator. At the second discharge port, the fuel has additionally passed through the LG-X Fuel Conditioner, and also the final filtration vessel.
