Description
AYRLITE® 2034 IS AN ALUMINIUM HONEYCOMB PANEL WITH STAINLESS STEEL SHEET BONDED TO ONE FACE ONLY
Strain-hardened hexagonal cell aluminium honeycomb has optimal mechanical properties and is able to carry shear loads at significantly lower weight than foams or other core types.
0.55mm 304 2B Stainless Steel sheet (or other qualities) is bonded to one face only. Aluminium honeycomb cell size is 6.35mm (1/4”).
TYPICAL ROOM TEMPERATURE PROPERTIES FOR 0.5MM ALUMINIUM FACED PANELS WITH 0.55MM STAINLESS STEEL SHEET BONDED TO ONE SIDE ONLY. MECHANICAL TEST PROCEDURES TO AMS-STD-401.
