Using Bellamer’s advanced technology and pontoons of our own manufacture, we offer floating platforms of various configurations and sizes. The platforms can be used for construction of floating houses, offices, pools, public recreation areas, shops, restaurants and other social facilities. Platforms can be equipped with protective railings and lightweight roofs and accept loading up to 300-500 kg/ m2 (61-102 lbs/ft2). Bellamer offers a wide selection of ready-made floating houses mounted on metal or concrete pontoons. Houses are built from hi-tech materials which are perfectly suited to conditions of a severely damp climate. Sizes range from 80 m2 up to 300 m2 (861 ft2 – 3,229 ft2). All houses have ecofriendly geothermal heating systems mounted under the bottom of the platform for safe and efficient temperature control. For refueling boats in marinas, Bellamer offers floating and on-shore filling stations from European manufacturers. Volumes of fuel tanks vary from 200 to 30,000 litres (53 – 7,925 U.S. gals). All refueling equipment has European certification.
