Every cooling system is equipped with an expansion tank. Blokland supplies standard expansion tanks with a capacity of 5, 10, 15, 24, 40, 60 and 80 liters from stock. These expansion tanks are equipped with a 1” or 2” BSP thread connection. The expansion tanks are supplied fully assembled with a pressure cap of 0.5 bar. A sight glass and level switch are used to inspect the tank. We are also able to deliver custom-made expansion tanks. Applications of Expansion tanks We supply expansion tanks for many applications, such as: Cooling circuit for propulsion engines Cooling circuit for generator sets Cooling circuit for air conditioning Circulation propeller shaft systems Custom design Expansion tanks Expansion tanks with special design and different dimensions are available on request.
