Bluet® Modular Concrete foundations are reliable, long-lasting and extremely durable. They are good for building foundations, for example for housing and other accommodation units, and restaurants – and when durability with less maintenance is needed. Bluet® Modular Concrete foundations have two solutions: Bluet® Massive Modular Concrete foundations and Bluet® Concrete Megapontoon. Heavy weight concrete pontoons are seaworthy and have minimal movement even in rougher conditions, which enables high user experience and comfortability. Concrete foundation is delivered with all required MEP-services such as water, sewer, electricity etc. – following local and project-specific needs. Bluet® Megapontoon is a large, modular casted pontoon designed especially to be used as a house foundation in large projects, where there is typically a need for vast quantities of pontoons. It can be used for large projects and it also doubles as a street pontoon or wave breaker. Technical spaces and other elements, for example, a swimming pool, piping, pumps and ballast tanks can be integrated into the pontoon.
