Thanks to the tridem configuration, BOAT LIFT self-propelled trailers allow easy handling of boats with high overall dimensions, ensuring thus optimal exploitation of times and spaces in the shipyard thanks to safe and precise operations. This special application involves the combination of two motorized platforms and a boat trailer. The former have a capacity of 140ton each and are equipped with retractable hydraulic struts, ensuring keel support and charge balance. The latter, with a capacity of 300ton, is composed of two beams with fixed hydraulic supports. The three units are synchronized and remotely managed by a single radio control, ensuring maximum safety during handling operations. The DSC electronic steering system “Dynamic Steering Control” allows to maximize trailer performances, ensuring optimal maneuverability in any condition. Thanks to the electronic management of steering control, it is possible to shift the rotation center among the axles, obtaining thus a variable steering angle in function of available spaces and obstacles.
