Mast antenna is a very critical element of yachts and megayachts because it must be: with a cool design as light as possible very stiff very strong. Starting from customer design, our technical departement develop the feasibility and its laminate optimization working with a deep FE Analysis. When strenght and stiffness are reached, all details are defined following all customer needs. Construction is made with infusion technology, for the bigger parts and pre-preg technology for other components. All elements are consilidated with vacuum pressure and post-cured at high temperature (>75°C).
