Unistack® is built with the same quality and durability that Bellingham Marine customers have come to expect with Unifloat® and Unideck®.
The Unistack® system was created to meet the growing demand for dry storage facilities; Unistack® accommodates boats up to 50 feet (15.24 meters) long. Stored inside the Unistack® dry storage structure, boats, along with their gel-coat surfaces, canvas and upholstery, are protected from sun, rain, ice, wind and the wear and tear of mooring in a marina berth.
The Unistack® system is typically designed as a "rack supported" structure meaning the building's structural framing utilized the boat storage rack. The racks are also adjustable and can be easily reconfigured for boats of different weights, lengths and widths. The design of the facility takes into account the climate, and can accommodate, repair and maintenance facilities, retail space and offices according to the discretion of the owner.
This system is the ideal solution when a traditional wet berth is expensive or risky for lack of space or adverse weather conditions.

Today, the industry standard shelf width is 20 feet, accommodating boats with eight foot beams. Eight feet is often the recommended width for highway towing.
Nevertheless, eight-and-a-half and nine foot beams are becoming common and more are on the way.
