Simple, robust and efficient dry-running vacuum pumps ideally suited to VRTM processes. This type of vacuum pump is not adversely affected by air-admittance during the moulding process (‘rough’ vacuum) unlike oil-lubricated pumps which, despite achieving higher levels of vacuum, can vent oil vapour if used in this type of application. Available as stand-alone pumps or in a range of configurations.
