Description

Thanks to its thixotropic properties, ADV1-175 two-component epoxy adhesive is ideal for filling non-drip gaps on vertical surfaces. It guarantees adhesion to a wide range of surfaces without the need for a primer: laminated composites, steel, aluminium, cast iron, concrete, stone and most types of wood. The ADV-175 is supplied in a convenient, clean cartridge dispensing system that dispenses resin and hardener in the correct mix ratio. Mixing nozzles are also available to mix the adhesive as it is dispensed to further simplify and ensure correct mixing. Technical characteristics ADV 175/277 : Slow hardener Working time: 135-165 minutes at 22°C Mixing ratio: 2:1 Hardness: Type D 84 Compressive strength: 81 MPa Tensile strength: 49 MPa Flexural strength: 83 MPa Technical data ADV 175/275: Medium hardener Working time: 64-80 minutes at 22°C Mixing ratio: 2:1 Hardness: Type D 85 Compressive strength: 87 MPa Tensile strength: 55 MPa Flexural strength: 98 MPa Technical characteristics ADV 175/273: Fast Hardener Working time: 18-22 minutes at 22°C Mixing ratio: 2:1 Hardness: Type D 82 Compressive strength: 74 MPa Tensile strength: 43 MPa Flexural strength: 77 MPa Technical data ADV 175/276: Medium Strength Reinforced Hardener Working time: 81-99 minutes at 22°C Mixing ratio: 2:1 Hardness: Type D 79 Compressive strength: 58 MPa Tensile strength: 35 MPa Flexural strength: 89 MPa Advantages : Excellent adhesion Does not sag on vertical surfaces Multi-material bonding
