D65L161 BLDC motors are designed for high performance gearless use, and are ideal for underwater thruster applications where rapid acceleration and high speed are called for. With an advanced 6-pole encapsulated core and 65mm diameter, this series compact DC motors deliver high torque up to 16 N*m with peak power at 11KW. Thanks to the modern sealing technology, these water-cooling motors are usually customized to fit into water-tight chamber shell to form a whole motor system, and are not expected to dip in water. They can be operated permanently underwater and have been widely used for various waterscrafts, like efoil, e-surfboard, eSUP, hydrofoiling, POD drive, Jetboard, etc Robust & durable: Outer shell in black anodizing aluminum alloy, improve conductive heat transfer, prevent corrosion and oxidation, therefore extending motor life and improving reliability.
