Rubber Molded series is used for all types of underwater instrumentation, including underwater lighting, communications, remote operated vehicles (ROVs), thermistor arrays, hydrophone arrays, and all types of sonar. Gold-plated contacts and a 600 bar rating round out the series. There has been a long history of using these connectors in the subsea industry.
