When Billy Joel came to Ellis Boat Company looking for a new sport fishing design based on our Ellis 36 semi-displacement hull, we were very excited to take on the project. And once completed, it only made sense to incorporate the new design into our fleet. We now offer the “Ellis Patriot” in both 36’ & 40’ configurations. A streamlined and contoured design make the Ellis Patriot a very unique boat, as does the standard center-mounted console and shelter seating layout (other layouts are available). Standard equipment includes the Ellis “Silent Service” sound-reduction floor & exhaust systems, hydraulic steering, washdown system, windlass, bow thruster, compass, fathometer, speedometer, 120-volt shore power, head, separate shower, AC/DC refrigerator, s/s sink, electric stove, hot/cold pressurized water.
