Aquaculture oxygenator FORCE 7

The FORCE 7 performs sub-micron filtration; it brings an unrivaled water treatment for innovative applications. OXYGENATION The injection of air gives rise to a water-air exchange and thus to the oxygenation of the concerned surface. The energy efficient FORCE 7 motor generates extremely fine micro-bubbles which optimize the dissolution of oxygen. This motor is designed to allow for a direct connection to an ozone or pure oxygen generator. It is ideal for oxygenation during storage. FILTRATION The transfer of the water volume in the basin favours an optimized distribution of dissolved oxygen. CURRENTS The injection of air and therefore oxygen allows a transfer of gases dissolved in water (nitrogen, ammonia ...), to the air. The degassing process reduces the formation of gaseous pockets detrimental to the product. MINIMUM MAINTENANCE The currents limit the formation of different thermal strata, generally influencing the metabolism of marine products. A homogeneous volume of water in temperature and oxygen is created, thus enabling the storage of all aquaculture products.
