Description

Vertical semi-submersible electric pump unit, with a single stage centrifugal pump, axial fluid admission and supports out of the pumped fluid. The pump as part of the electrical Pump Unit is designed to pump ore concentrating products, sand and other abrasive slurries with pH value from 6 to 8, density to 1300 kg/m, temperature from 278 to 333K ( from 5 to 60 °С), with solid particles with volume concentration up to 25%, maximum solid particle size 2 mm. The pump application in: ore mining, processing and metallurgical enterprises minerals processing building industry cement producing enterprises pumping of drainage water containing abrasive contaminants Installed in heated or unheated premises, operated at the temperature of -30-+40 °C. The pump has an open impeller with a single inlet. The design features of sand pumps depend on the quantity, size and microhardness of suspended solids contained in the pumped water and creating an abrasive action. Flow parts are divided by the type of protection: made of special wear-resistant and frost-resistant rubber IRP-1370 (type PR) special wear-resistant coating (type PK) The impeller material is divided into: rubbered, material IRP-1370 (type PR) metallic, material IChH28N2 (type PK) Technical specification: Head – 22,5 m Power of motor – 11, 15 kW Rotation speed – 1450 rmp
