The trimaran was designed by Ryszard Partycki, on the basis of Wojciech Kaliski's concept. The yacht’s design assumes three forms of its exploitation. The first of them is “beach” sailing, with 3-4 crew members on trapezes, similar as on small catamarans, of Nacra or Hobie Cat types. The second one is coastal, long stages or short one-day races, with a maximum 3-members crew. Maximal time of sailing between ports takes from 2 to days. A course of multi-stage races can amount to few thousands of nautical miles. The third form is long distance sea and ocean races, with a 2-members crew, of a single stage duration of about 2 weeks, as e.g. for Atlantic passage in a trade winds zone.
