Overview
The Ezzy Wave is an all-around wave sail built to perform onshore, sideshore and down-the-line conditions. Developed on Maui since 1983 and refined over decades, the EZZY WAVE focuses on drive, control and predictable handling in heavy surf.

Quality & Manufacturing
Ezzy controls all production steps in-house. Panels, seams and reinforcements are produced from decades of sailmaking experience. Materials are inspected on arrival; construction is double-checked and triple-checked; each sail is fully rigged, inspected and batten-tuned before shipment.

Calibrated Rigging
Every EZZY WAVE is pre-rigged and tuned at the factory using calibrated rigging. Downhaul reference settings (Max, Mid, Min1, Min2) are measured so you can reproduce tuning quickly on the mast base. The calibrated method enables precise tuning in seconds.

How it's used / Tuning
Each sail leaves the factory pre-rigged and calibrated. With the recommended Ezzy mast use the downhaul gauge and pre-calibrated marks to reach Max, Mid, Min1 or Min2. If using another mast, set mast extension to medium, insert mast above battens and downhaul slowly until the front of the foot batten "pops" to the mast side — this indicates the medium-wind setting; reproduce the gauge marks to match other settings.
