Description

Big adventure in an even smaller bag! The little brother of the two TrakRaft types is the brand new nortik LightRaft. With its just 2.1 kg it is a pack for real weight optimizers and minimalists. Of course it also generates a maximum of fun on the water! The small and agile raft is a real gain in the nortik family of packrafts. Packed is the LightRaft in a small bag which has rather the size of a toilet bag than one would assume a full Packraft in it. The high-performance and environmental-friendly Polyurethane (PU) material with a reinforced bottom allows nearly every kind of usage. The price is quite affordable in comparison with the few (heavier) competitors. We dream of giving people a tool to go outside and experience great Microadventures all around on the water! You can attach your LightRaft to every kind of backpack or put it inside easily. Combined with a light-weight 4-part Paddle (also available from nortik) and a (inflatable) vest, you can start having much fun and great new experiences everywhere you have water around – and this is normally very closed to you, no matter where you live. Just walk a river upstream or cross-country to a river or lake, make a short break with a picnic and then paddle back. Or just combine the next hike with a few units to water. Take your LightRaft with you on a several days lasting trekking tour. Just paddle large parts of your planned route on a river or cross the lakes and fjords. There are also more and more explicit routes that combine trekking and rafting. These are only a few selected examples of a huge range of possible and never-ending activities.
