The Harbor boom is a heavy-duty boom that is used in permanent installation especially near harbors and water intake. The heavy-duty oil resistant rubber material of the boom makes it robust to withstand tough conditions (currents and waves). The floats are made of molded polyethylene foam with high buoyancy and filled with a PU closed cell foam to provide extra buoyancy in case of any accidents to prevent the boom from failing.
