Wall covering for boats AMAREE MUSC

Marine headlining material GISATEX® AMAREE MUSC is an elegant and robust wall cladding and covering material for your boat’s interior. Its pleasantly soft, breathable microfibre surface makes it particularly suitable for use in cabins or seating areas. Qualities An outstanding insulation is achieved by laminating the material with a 100% PES (polyether sulphone) and the outer layer with a special thermal fleece padding and charmeuse (artificial silk) backing layer. The foam padding and the breathable top layer effectively minimize condensation and as well as maximizing thermal insulation. The application of a barrier layer of charmeuse prevents adhesives reaching the outer layers. Together with the insulation fleece layer, this makes for the best possible insulation against heat, cold and sound. Instructions for use GISATEX® AMAREE MUSC wall covering is first roughly cut to fit the space. We recommend the use of our type 1805 adhesive with a lambskin roller. (Please consult “Covering walls and ceilings – installation instructions”) The fabric strips can then be directly applied to the layer of adhesive and smoothed out carefully.
