The PRO AIR is designed to provide high standards of comfort and ergonomic support for crews and passengers on professional vessels in the maritime workplace. The pneumatic air suspension, with adjustable shock absorber and dampers, provides 100mm (4") suspension stroke or travel. The PRO AIR suspension seat includes 210 mm (8") longitudinal adjustment to enable the seat to be positioned fore and aft. Pneumatic height adjustment of 80 mm (3") allows for different height operators or workstation positions. Pneumatic weight adjustment automatically adjusts the PRO AIR seat for occupant weights ranging from 50 to 130 kg (110 to 287 lb). For easy access and support underway the PRO AIR has foldable armrests with adjustable height and angle. The high backrest, fitted with ergonomically moulded cushions and extended sides for extra comfort, is adjustable from -10° up to +70°. It can be reclined backwards in small steps to provide resting positions, or folded all the way forward onto the seat cushion. The lumbar support is pneumatically adjustable. The headrest is easily adjusted to suit different sizes of operator over a 100 mm (4") height range and 38° angle. Grammer Nautic Comfort Cushions offer ergonomic support and are designed to prevent slipping or sliding in rough conditions. Seat cushion depth is adjustable in four steps. The seat cushion angle, adjustable in four steps from 3° to 11°, reduces pressure on the backs of knees and reduces fatigue on long transits.
