GM-IMP™ sacrificial anodes are cathodic protection specifically designed per DNV RP B401:2010 to shield submerged chain from corrosion and can significantly improve mooring life expectancy. Manufactured from high purity zinc & aluminium alloys and attached at regular intervals along the mooring line, each system is designed to suit specific operational requirements including - chain size & model, water depth, total length of mooring line requiring protection, mooring location and period of protection required.
