Mini E-Cleaner: the first remote controlled 100% electric boat collecting floating rubbish in marina areas
With over 20 years’ experience in the field of solar electric boats for passenger transport and aware of the increasing pollutions, particularly in harbor’s and marinas, Grove Boats developed a practical tool to collect floating rubbish, controlled from the shore and using 2 highly efficient underwater electrical pods.
This tiny catamaran can easily move around the busy marinas and safely maneuvers in tight areas. Its hulls optimized for electric propulsions are supporting a collecting net or pushing rake, operated by an electric piston rod.
The craft is remote controlled from an operator on the shore or a boat and can thus operate autonomously to collect or push floating rubbish.
Last, the Mini E-Cleaner can be available is a ready made transport crate equipped with a solar panel and regulator, so to feed the batteries while not in use.
