Description

The Fast Daughter Craft - FDC 1003, davit launched to serve the Oil & Gas Offshore and ERRV market. Our 10m FDC 1003 comes with a DNV 1A HSLC R2 Service hull aproval and is designed and built in accordance with the latest Solas LSA regulations and and UKOOA requirements. Optional this Fast Daughter Craft could be outfitted with a twin hybrid propulsion system. The FDC’s are built by Habbeké Shipyard of seawater resistant Aluminium (5083- H111), the hull is a fully planing, deep V type and have a low freeboard aft to facilitate rescue operations, are self-bailing, have sufficient deck space, are self-righting, have a robust foam fender and are supplied with twin diesel inboard engines with waterjet propulsion . The singe point quick release hook system of Henriksen allows our FDC’s to be launched from the mother vessel in heavy seas. For the (standard) propulsion is chosen a combination of Steyr engines with ZF gearboxes, driving Hamilton waterjets. Hybrid propulsion can be offered optional
