Thanks to the rip stop weave the material is fairly difficult to tear despite being extremely light. + The cut is hip-high - the torso of the jacket is adjusted for sitting in a kayak with a sprayskirt on. The fit is not as snug as our racing tops accomodating wider range of body types. + Soft e.prene gasket around the neck allows easy entry but snug fit to keep the water out. + Wrist gaskets are also made from soft stretchy e.prene to maintain good blood flow into your hands but keeping cold water out of the sleeves.
