Hody Sport has always paid special attention for the training of youth people and through their own tools contributed to the upbringing of world famous Hungarian kayak and canoe competitors. We detected the fact that the adult K-4 kayaks are not appropriate for the technical training of kids neither because of size nor because of the unsuitable design of the boats. As a solution the company designed and developed a brandnew boat category, the 4 person mini kayak, the MK-4 Dolphin. The popularity of mini kayak is increasing steadily. Last year there was even a separate race for MK-4 boats on the World Championship which was an unforgettable experience both for kids and their parents. The delivery of our MK-4 kayaks has been continuously during the past couple of years and from this year on we plan to arrange special kids mini kayak races in Germany too. The new racing boat category invented by us has proved already that it is a useful help for youth training and plays an important role in the kayak sport.
