The HLK-91100 series HPU’s offer a diverse set of input power options to cater for the majority of ROV systems on the market today. They are particularly suited for small to medium sized ROV’s and manned submersibles to provide the hydraulic functionality required to function hydraulic manipulators, pan & tilts or other types of tooling requiring a low flow and they can also be used on larger work class vehicles to provide a small source of hydraulic functionality The pump manifold incorporates a direct acting pressure relief valve which can be infinitely adjusted between 0-207bar depending on the pump size. The pump is driven by a set of three 150W brushed DC motors through a reduction gearbox. Features • - Available with three DC input voltage options: 24Vdc, 48Vdc & 200-375Vdc • - Available with one AC input voltage option: 90-240Vac single phase (50/60Hz) • - Motor power is by a set of three 150W brushed DC motors providing a total of 450W input to the pump drive • - Various Subconn connector options (depending on voltage) • - Two pump sizes provide pressure & flow options: 0.8lpm @ 140bar or 0.4lpm @ 207bar
