ROV rotary actuator HLK-2290

The HLK-2290 hydraulic rotary actuator is a rack and pinion design developed for general applications where reliability and durability are important and where a small amount of lash is tolerable. The cylinder tubes are made of corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel while the body is manufactured out of black acetal. It is ideal for industrial, marine and subsea applications where corrosion resistance and hygiene are important factors. The robust rack and pinion offer constant torque in applications where other types of actuators would be impractical. Four bolt flange plates on both sides of the actuator body provide a suitable platform for special applications such as the actuation of high pressure ball or divertor valves used when used for the pressure testing on subsea equipment. Features •Porting available in 1/8” BSPP or 7/16” SAE in accordance with ISO 1179 & SAE J1926-1 respectively •Constructed from corrosion resistant materials •Compact & lightweight @ only 1.6kg (3.52lb) in water •Flange plates provide a base platform for custom brackets for special applications •Can be used as a low pressure platform for the accurate functioning of high pressure ball or divertor valves
