This IMS Watertight Sliding door is an electrically driven type. The door blade is actuated by a rotating screw, driven by an electric motor. The electric motor is mounted with a bracket to the bulkhead.
IMS Watertight doors are fitted with a mechanical lock, preventing the door from opening unintentionally in case of malfunction.
