Description

Interzone 954GF is a high performance, impact and abrasion resistant anti-corrosive epoxy glass flake coating with good surface tolerance. Suitable for both New build and Maintenance & Repair uses across most vessel areas subject to high wear, including cargo holds and decks. The product has excellent adhesion to surfaces prepared using dry grit-blasting, hydro-blasting and slurry-blasting processes. It can be applied as a single or multi-coat systems, providing opportunities for material and time savings in-dock or during on-board maintenance. INTENDED USES As an abrasion resistant glass flake modified epoxy to limit mechanical damage and corrosion. As a one or two coat system which can be applied directly to mechanically prepared shop primer or grit blasted, hydroblasted or mechanically cleaned steel surfaces. Suitable for cargo holds, exterior hulls and internal/external decks. Excellent performance with cathodic protection. For use at Newbuilding and Maintenance and Repair.
