A winter cover with stand is suitable for those who bring their sailboat ashore during the winter. For motorboats, winter covers are made with a stand whether the boat is in the water or on land during the winter. This type of winter cover is produced for both sailboats and motorboats and the standard winter cover is sewn in non-woven fabric. A Winter Cover with stand covers the entire freeboard down to the waterline and can usually be built with standing height in the cockpit. This makes it easy for you to work in the boat during the winter and even start the spring maintenance earlier. We also manufacture a site-built stand or tripod that is easy to mount up and down in aluminum according to the conditions of your boat. Once you have covered the boat with your Winter Cover, it is attached with ropes from one side to the other beneath the boat. A winter cover on a stand not only looks good but is very practical, durable and easy to use. An option where the canvas can be made in several different colors and in 100% waterproof PVC. Optional stand 35mm aluminum stand complete with fittings. This is a mandatory option to ensure strength if you do not have an existing Press & Son stand. Winter Covers from Kapell & Annat are available in Fibertex fabric or PVC. Fibertex fabric is light, strong and breathable and is a felt-like material. The fabric is made of recyclable bioresistant material that is not attacked by mold and your Winter Cover does not rot either.
