Description

The KBRA105OP is an aluminum snatch block from our KBR range of blocks dedicated to Racing and Super Yachts. It is a very low friction lashing block designed for larger loads. It is aboard the Ultims, Imocas, and many Super Yachts. Very few blocks on the market can display a coefficient of friction of 2% on very high loads. Titanium sheave, titanium rollers, ceramic side balls and painted carbon flanges. The KBRA is certainly the most efficient block on the market. Strengths – The opening version of our KBR Aluminum – One of the only opening pulleys on the market with real high-performance bearings – Reliable and resistant even under very heavy load – Titanium sheave for weight and resistance – Titanium roller bearing and lateral ceramic balls on Treated titanium raceways (Karver patent) – Compact tulip sheaves – Minimal friction even under very high load (2%) – Impressive longevity of the bearings (due to low friction) – Anti-rollover shape. The pulley remains straight whatever the direction of the effort – Very generous central space to attach several lashings (low runners for example) – A real design that stands out from other pulleys on the market – Range from 6.5 T to 40 T
