The KBRCW30 is a KBRC (Carbon) block with a thin layer of natural varnished wood, capable of handling a working load of 3 tons. It offers all the performance of the KBRC with an added touch of aesthetics. With or without wood veneer, this block is designed for racing and super yachts. It’s a low-friction lashing block intended for high loads and is used on Ultims, Imocas, and numerous Super Yachts. Very few blocks on the market can achieve a friction coefficient of 2% under such high loads. It features a titanium sheave, titanium rollers, ceramic side balls, and varnished carbon cheeks. The KBRC and its variations are certainly among the highest-performing blocks on the market. The pulley remains straight whatever the direction of the effort – Very generous central space to come and fix several lashings (low runners for example) – The lashing in the middle is also too big a guarantee of safety. If the pulley breaks (for external reasons of course!), The lashing will still retain the rope while the installation is secure. – A real design that stands out from other pulleys on the market – Range from 1.5 T to 40 T.
