Our development department has been working closely with our customers for a long time and reflects their needs and insights when designing and manufacturing ropes. Thanks to this, a lifting sling has seen the light of day, which is not only able to completely replace conventional steel ropes, but even surpasses them in many respects. It owes this mainly to the HMPE (High Modulus Polyethylene) material used, which stands out for its strength, durability and long life. Maximizing the rope’s utility value is achieved by taking into account the specific needs of each customer - the lifting sling is precisely manufactured to the given needs, while meeting the relevant standards is a matter of course, as is its certification. The advantages of a HMPE lifting sling can be divided into 5 areas: Extreme strength/ weight ratio Rope made from HMPE is 10 times stronger than steel and stronger than polyester loops, allowing you to increase load capacity and, along with it, overall efficiency. Significantly lower weight The rope we have developed is 8 times lighter than its steel counterpart, which makes handling so much easier. Long service life The loop is protected by special protections in places where there is a risk of damage by abrasion, cutting, cutting. Unlike steel ropes, it is not corrosive. Safety When the rope is properly unwound, only minimal twisting occurs and there is no recoil when it breaks. The condition of the rope thimble is easily recognisable, which helps to facilitate timely replacement. Lower costs The rope saves on storage space, operation and maintenance.
