LR Cerammatrix 01-50 is a low-viscosity, water-based, non-flammable one-component adhesive with an endothermic effect, which is made from natural raw materials, mainly mountain rocks and basalt microfibers.
LR Cerammatrix 01-50 is used for bonding products made of mineral fibers (basalt, carbon, glass) as well as mineral wool and/or metals. Due to their properties:
– Non-flammable and non-combustible
– No release of smoke or melts in the event of fire
– High temperature resistance (up to 1,300 °C)
– Moisture resistance
– Inertness in relation to other materials
– Inorganic chemical composition
– Antibacterial
– Harmless to people and the environment
– Good air permeability
– Water resistance Special treatment of the end product
– Can be processed after drying with conventional cutting tools
– High adhesive properties
– Natural origin
– Easy to dispose of
Cerammatrix is suitable for indoor use in shipbuilding , mechanical engineering and architecture, especially for the production of fireproof connections.
Fire-resistant adhesives are also used for bonding glass fabric to mineral wool in pipe and surface areas, for bonding to sheet metal, and for producing a glass fabric cover on rubber products (e.g. Armaflex). These adhesives can be used on stable surfaces such as plaster, plasterboard and concrete.
Our factory has a production line for the production of the inorganic fireproof adhesive «LR Cerammatrix 01-50».
The flow line consists of a number of facilities that are organized according to functional zones and have a unified system of operational management. The running line has an overall production cycle.
