Loftnets recommends either braided polyester nets for Fountaine-Pajot trampolines, or a PVC technical canvas. - The polyester nets are available in two mesh sizes, both of which are compatible with Lipari 41 catamarans: the 30x30-mm, and the 15x15-mm mesh. Both nets are UV-resistant and are designed to withstand harsh marine conditions. - The nets are braided - not knotted - for ultimate comfort. The edge of the trampoline net is a 10-mm bolt rope, and the lacing is done between the grabbers of your boat and the net's bolt rope. - The netting's polyester has a slack rate that is taken into account when the trampoline is designed for your multi-hull so that it will fit to within a few centimeters from your grabbers. Remember to soak your trampoline net in cold water for 24 hours prior to installing it, and then install while still wet. This method will allow you to reduce the slack rate of the net that will be ideally positioned once dry. - Loftnets also makes available another trampoline material compatible with the Lipari 41 or any other catamaran model made by Fountaine-Pajot: technical canvases, such as the Multitramp Mesh MT492. These PVC canvases are extremely resilient and hold up well under harsh marine conditions. The trampoline edges are made using high-frequency welding to prevent tearing. As a general rule, grommets are placed every 150 mm along the edges to optimize the trampoline tension and evenly distribute its weight.
