This multi chamber baling press/sack compactor is a cost-effective and double chambered unit designed both for baling and compaction in a sack. The waste is placed in the loading chamber and is then compressed by a single ram. When enough material exists in the chamber to form a bale the baling bands are secured around the material and a bale is produced. Material is normally compressed up to 90-95% of its original volume, depending on fraction.
Sack holder inside the chamber allows also compaction of loose items in a sack and by means of press table inside chamber cans and tins can be compacted as well.
This unit has been designed and constructed for marine & offshore applications to give long and reliable service. It is simple to operate, contains few moving parts and has therefore low maintenance aspect.
More chambers could easily be added to the unit.
