The Marine 400 SC is a 3.99 m aluminium boat supplied with a side steering console as standard. Lightweight and compact, it is intended for yachting support, rowing, canoeing and utility tasks where easy handling and simple equipment are required.

Use and testing
Used by race officials, trainers, rescuers and recreational users, the Marine 400 SC has been tested in regatta and training environments. At just over 115 kg empty weight it can be operated with small outboard engines (10 HP is sufficient for two people in calm to moderate conditions) while the hull accepts up to 25 HP. The hull perimeter features a fender and additional side foam was applied after testing. The layout includes a waterproof storage box and drink holder in the console, a shelf under the console, a central locker for ropes or vests and a large bow locker. The gear lever is positioned on the starboard side. The boat is easy to launch and retrieve manually or with a trailer; trailer handling can be performed by one person.
