Description

Alusafe 1150 FIFI is a specially designed fire fighting and rescue vessel. The vessel may also be used for landing personnel and equipment at beaches and rocks. The hull is shaped to maintain speed in various weather conditions and is very seaworthy as well as having a shallow draft. The craft is fitted with two engines and waterjets. Built with the patented extruded aluminium profiles used for all Alusafe craft, the design is very strong and light. The craft is built in accordance with Nordic Workboat Standard. The vessel can carry four people in the wheelhouse; two people in wheelhouse chairs and two people on a dedicated bench. The vessel is a work boat, and great emphasis is placed on the vessel’s practical use in service, installation of equipment and instruments. The vessel is built using good, solid technical solutions in accordance with good Norwegian shipbuilding traditions. The vessel is built in accordance with applicable safety requirements. Noise reduction is an important factor, and the vessel is built to reduce noice to a minimum.
