The Alusafe 1000 Work, is a specially developed workboat designed in cooperation with NCA, Norwegian Coastal Authority. With our efficient and highly regarded aluminum hulls, known from the offshore industry, we can build fast, rigid and versatile workboats in closed contact with our customers. The hull is divided into seven watertight compartments that make the boat buoyant even with several overflowing floatation tanks. Flotation tanks are only filled with air, and does not contain any environmentally harmful buoyancy foam. This makes tanks and hull very easy to weld/fix if the hull become damaged. Each watertight tank is pressure tested and controlled during production. The vessel carries 3 crew members seated in high quality NorSap 800 chairs with four point harnesses inside the wheelhouse. Under the chairs there is storage space. In the cabin, a toilet and a small sink is fitted. The hull is also fitted with flush mounted lifting arrangement which makes it easy to lift the boat if needed. When designing the vessel, great emphasis was put on the practical use, installation and service of the vessel. Thus high quality materials, components and equipment have been chosen to best fit the specific use of the vessel.
