Trapezium-shaped tank They include diesel oil, petrol and water tanks. They are custom-manufactured, depending on clients needs and on the hull they will be assembled. All Mazzer S.r.L.s manufactured tanks have Rina certification for pleasure boats, or Maltese Cross Class for boats which are longer than 24 metres, in compliance with E.U. directives. Rectangular diesel oil tank It is an aluminium alloy Perallumam 5083 tank, having a roughly 2000- litre capacity. All Mazzer S.r.L.s tanks have Rina or Rina/Maltese Cross certifications, and, therefore, can be assembled both on pleasure boats and boats which are longer than 24 metres. MIG and TIG technology is used in the welding phase thanks to our highly qualified staff, in order to guarantee the longest resistance. All tanks are tested through pressure leak testing and sample radiography of welding, in accordance with the specific E.U. directives. Fuel, diesel oil, petrol and water containers can be manufactured with a maximum 5200- litre capacity. Shapes and sizes can change on the basis of the hull they will be assembled. A particular focus is given to the interior structure designing, which is moulded to resist both static/ dynamic forces and to maximize the damping of the contained fluid.
