You know how it goes in your commercial kitchen: leftovers, cooking waste, and fruit and vegetable skins and trimmings all have to go into bulky, wheeled bins, be stored temporarily and then moved to the waste disposal point. It all takes up valuable time and space, it causes unpleasant odours and noise, and it just gets in the way.
Imagine a system that could free you from all these concerns. The WasteStar FC collects organic kitchen waste where it is generated, e.g. at the sorting belt. But it doesn't stop there. The WasteStar FC also transports this waste to the waste disposal point immediately. Fully automatically. No need to lift another finger.

Organic waste is transferred to the WasteStar FC infeed stations at the points where it is generated, e.g. in the food preparation area or at the sorting belt in the dishwashing area.
Automatically and at specified intervals, a vacuum pump sucks the food waste through a stainless steel pipe system and into a collection tank.
Here it remains until final collection by tanker.
